A claim was lodged with Discovery Health in October 2012. We waiting for 3 weeks before we got a response with a request for the inovice from the practioner. Still no repsonse. Contacted Discovery again in December only to be told that the lady dealing with the claim was on sick leave for a month. Jarred (claims manager) promised to get the claim paid immediately. It is now 4 weeks later and nothing. The service from Discovery Health is pathetic!
