On Wednesday, 9 October 2013, a total of (9) nine claims were taken to the Cape Town Offices of Discovery Health for capturing, which was handled by Janine Potts and captured successfully, stating that it would take approximately (7) seven days for these claims to be finalised and processed.
Yesterday an email was received from Robert Lightbody (Discovery Health) stating that two claims, i.e. Torga Optical & Dr Sareli should be resent, as there was NO record of these claims.
These claims were part of the (9) nine claims captured as mentioned earlier.
This proves the incompetence, disregard & down-right arrogance towards clients and this is not the first time we have experienced this type of service from Discovery Health.
