I faxed 3 claims to discovery at the beginning of December and i still havent received a response from them. I then called discovery twice at the end of December following up on the claims, and both agents said they will investigate and get back to me and i am still waiting for that phone call. I have re-submitted all my claims yesterday and today (there are now 4 in total) and I am NOT prepared to wait another week for these claims to be paid out to me, i think i have been very lenient with Discovery Health and this is unacceptable. If you can also get a Manager or Supervisor to contact me asap. We pay alot of money and we expect good customer service in return, if you'll are having problems, have the decency to contact your clients and let them know.
I will not wait another week for these claims to be paid out.
