Discovery ignores certain claims

Discovery has decided to ignore a claim that I have sent through twice. They claim that it probably wasn't paid due to a back log of claims but it has been two months already and other claims I have submitted after that have been paid. This is probably my 5th complaint in a year about a claims department that is clearly incompetent at doing a simple job.
