Discovery consultant not contactable

I have signed up myself, my husband and my son with a discovery consultant last year. Since November I have been trying to reach our consultant by cell phone, email and landline to no avail. It seems as if the independent consultant who is contracted to Discovery is not available. This reflects badly on the Discovery brand.
