I have a medical aid plan with Discovery Health. Now I need info from them as to which gastroentologists are covered by my plan... I don't want to get treatment and then sit with a large bill...
I made 3 calls to the Scheme in the past 2 months, another 2 today itself. NO ONE CAN TELL ME!!! Who the else is supposed to tell me who Discovery covers, if not Discovery?!?!?
The first consultant today, Anele, told me that I have to check online, he can't help, and transfers me to the Web assistance team to help me navigate... website says no results!!!
Second consultant who was much friendlier, Mandi, places me on hold 10 minutes and then says she can't help me either.
Seriously off now, thinking of moving to a Medical Aid who CAN help!!!
