I wanted to put my grandfather on my m/aid, I was told because of his age he should get his own m/aid seeing as the cost will be the same - a principal member contribution. We completed the documents send it had to try to get hold of the broker, found out after signing documents that a late penalty fee will be charged every month. Cancelled immediatly, after having to phone and e-mail countless times cancellation was confirmed and I was told even if I have not received a service and even if I did not get the right info one payment will be taken on 5 Jan 2013. A contribution was taken on the 1 Jan 2013 and the amount was more. I did tell the m/aid that I do not aurhrise them to take any money as I was not given the correct info, they did and I have e-mailed and phoned and nobody can help me, I get transferred from one to the other department. It has been two months and still nobody has made contact with me or refunded my money. I have followed their complaints procedure but still nothing.?
