I recieved my tax certificate from resolution health 24-06-2013 and found that this was made out on my wifes name but she is a home executive, the contribution R6700-00 rand comes from my bank account. Looking at the dependent details section on this sertificate I found that I Jacobus had resigned and I am active, instead of Anchelique that has resigned do to taking up permanent employment in October 2012. THe certificate is suppose to be on my name the principal member is me because they deduct there contrribution from my bank account but a supervisor named Zaine told the agent to tell me it is because the plan has changed, we were on the Prestige plan and after the medical aid merged with Mimas we plan became the Supreme plan, there was also a 24% increase in contribution. nomerious time in my conversation I requested to speak to the suprvisor it did not happen, my opinion this Zane person must be demoted and taught how to work with people. This is guys like this that will make me go to my bank tomorrow 26-06-2013 and cancell my debit order seeing that the certificate is faulty and me the principle member has resigned!!!
