I cancelled a booking and I was promised a refund Saturday the 14th Dec 2013. Its the 20th Dec 2013. I still don't have my refund. Lisa is never at the office since sunday when I call I'm told she'll call me back. Lisa has not called be back to date. Wednesday afternoon after 3 calls to La Montagne in attempt to get some sort of responds, I received a call promising a refund by thursday, I allowed an extra day before I contact them and I still don't have my refund and Lisa is still not available to take my call. The guy at their office could not tell me anything but I quote "I don't know what to say you to you anymore ma'am. I'll get Lisa to call you back".
Shocking. If Lisa runs the show, why is she never at the office to assist clients?
