I was on Discovery Medical, so are my fiance. We asked them to put me on his medical aid as it would be better for us. Andrea Lazzari said that I have to cancel as a member at Discovery and sent the certificate to her, so that they can put me onto my fiance's medical aid (also Discovery) Ahd also said that it wouldn't be a problem because I'm a member myself. So I cancelled my medical aid at work so that i can sent her the certificate, which I did. Now only to hear that I can't go over because of the plan option I was on. And I can only go over once we are married. That is not what have been told to us by the representative. She did assure us that there would not be a problem. Now I did cancel my medical aid so I'm without one. This are not the correct way in doing this kind of business. This is seriously bad and lousy!!!
