Dear GEMS - my name is Beverley Ruthven & I have received terrible service from your callcentre & have had no luck in receiving authoristaion for my dental treatments. I'm utterly disgusted with the service & have spoken previously with a Tabu, Maruno and Natalie in the call centre on the number 0860 00 4367. These agents have told me that they would get back to me and they have failed to do so. Today my daughter called at 11:30am asked for the manager and was put on hold for 15minutes, she called back spoke to Jamie who was meant to put her through to a Case Manager to authorise the necessary over the phone and they cut the call. She then called back and there was nobody to answer the phones for a further 15minutes and she hung-up in frustration. I am now needing urgent action taken as I'm at my wits end, an epileptic and i'm having seizures over this matter. I don't think your staff realise how much this can affect a persons health and this is totally unaccepatable. Please note that we have been dealing with this matter since December and still no answers! Here are the procedure codes:
