After I sent a mail to cancel my vitality membership an agent called me and insisted on sending me info to show me the savings on vitality i aggreed to view this but i was deceitly conned into another months vitality premium being deducted as i didnot change my decision to cancell vitality I ONLY aggreed to the agent sending me more info, which i might add was not even done and when the deduction went off in Jan i called your offices and NOONE bothered to call me back I had to call again for feedback only to be told that they assumed i was still on Vitality and only from THIS month would they stop the deducation as they need 30 days notice. This is a pathetic ploy to innocent peoples money as nothing was explained to me properly and I will be reporting this matter to CMS (council for medical schemes) this is very poor governance onthe part of Discovery who is slowly getting the reputation of a bad quality service medical aid.
