Exceptionally Poor Service

I first applied to Momemtum Health in November / December last year. My fiance is on their medical aid and I thought rather than him cancelling his health insurance and both of us moving over to Discovery it would be easier for me to join his medical aid. 7 months later and they still have not put me on their medical aid despite numerous phone calls to them. The last phone call to them was yesterday morning, they acknowledged they'd received my last and final fax to be put onto their medical aid, and they could not understand why I was not on medical aid, and that a representative would be in touch. I haven't heard from that representive yet. I guess it's time for my fiance to cancel his medical aid with them - I'm not sure I've ever witnessed such poor service from any company before, ever!
