Firstly when Bonitas took over from Prosano my medical aid payment shot up with R1300 more a month. When I enquired about this they told me they tried to match my benefits with the plan I was on. This a ridiculous amount extra every month. Today I get a call from Dr. jurgens rooms that we have a outstanding bill from last year that Prosano refuses to pay. The out standing amount is 2 doctors consultation fees that they are refusing to pay as far as I know consultation fees were covered by my plan. Bonitas takes over Prosano and accounts don't get sorted out why is this your clients problem when I paid for these services to be covered.
I would like answers please why is this my responsibility to sort out when this should have been covered in the first place!!!?!?
