REFUND TAKING MONTHS

I am very disspointed in this medical aid that I have been using for the past 15 year. I was a Prosano member who was switched over to bonitas. When they switched over my daughter all of a sudden was no longer a free dependant and I had to pay in over a R1000 . I then decided to swith to a cheaper option and then was also able to claim a refund on my savings. Bonitas then said Prosano will deal with the refund of my saving. I was then told to give my bank details ext and even mailed then the form. My saving is R24 000 and on our payroll it shows it is due to me. I could understand the first month we had to wait for all unclaimed bill to be paid then I was told by Prosano to wait until end of April for the refund to be paid as it is with their refund department. Then end of April no money so I phoned again andsaid it is with refunds department and will be paid first week or second week of May .. Which is this week. Today I PHONE to confirm payment and now they tell me they dnt have my bank details but I maile dit and confirmed and then I am not told it must go through bonitas and that i must wait another 5 days now to hear when I will get a refund. THIS IS MY MONEY.
