I contacted prosano in order to cancel the medical aid after they had almalgamated with bonitas, they advised me my contribution for january would be transfered to bonitas, i then contacted bonitas to cancel the medical aid whom advised me it was terminated on the 06 january 2013 and that we did not owe any balance and that prosano had not transfered the funds that we had paid, when my husband contacted prosano they advised him there is a 31 day cancellation period whereas bonitas had advised its been terminated, i am not happy with this as each time i call prosano i am not able to get through and we were officially registered with bonitas as of the 01 january therefore i feel the funds should be refunded.
