I am on the Bonsave option and pay R1400 pm. However, I get less than R3000 savings per annum (of which EVERYTHING is deducted - medication, gp, specialist, optometrist etc).
Bonitas will not even put my medication on chronic - that I have been taking for 2-3 years and clearly 'works' (therefore it is ALSO deducted from savings). Bonitas firsts wants a letter from a specialist! How do I do that when my savings are already depleted?
I cannot understand how the 'benefits' can be so little when the premium is so much??
