I made a booking via e-mail. I replied on the e-mail received from the spa asking for the Christmas special that was running till end of Jan. When Tania put the amount through on my credit card. The one machine didn't want to work and she used another one.By that time we we chatting away about Australia, (my friend with me came from there). It was only the next day when I received the sms that I realized the amount was out with almost R500. I immediately phoned Tania. She said that she remembered the mistake and that they will refund me. I just received an e-mail form Melissa the manager saying that they would give me a voucher of R100 but can't refund me. I even have proof of the e-mail I made the booking on referring to the special. Good luck operating a business with this much integrity!
