The first time I got through to make a booking, Wilna (what ever the name is) asked me if I can call back the following day at 08:00am. I told her no I want to make the booking now because I can't get hold off them. Then she said she can't hear me properly. There is a bad signal and will call me back the next day. No one CALLED!! When i finally got hold of her she told me she is so sick of groupon bookings. This is unacceptable to me as a client. The day of the booking Mike cancelled because all his staff were ill.
Please give me a refund for this voucher. I will rather pay the full amount than to work with this company again.
The reason why I ask for a refund on hellopeter and not by mail is because I am still waitng for a refund since December 2012 and no one has come back to me.
If groupon still excist please give me a refund.
