I recived a Groupon voucher for the Spa. The voucher value said R900. I booked the package for R950. I e-mailed the consultant a copy of my voucher and asked what it was valid for she was very unspecific and said I may need to pay in R180. I arrived with my friend (an extra customer for them) and was told I had to pay in over R400 for my part of the package. The service of the booking consultant was lousy 3 e-mails were not replied to, my voice mail message was not responded to... and then to be told I must pay all that extra money. The treatment included a pedicure and 12 hours later my toe nail polish is chipping off and I have only worn sandals and showered (I suspect no top or base coat was used) Frankly I left there feeling miserable... my first spa treatment ever (supposed to be a birthday treat from a friend). Utterly disillusioned and cannot recommend this buisness to anyone.
