In Novrmber 2012 Groupon advertised 20cm Radio Controlled Helicopter For R349.00. I placed order on 27 November 2012. On 29 November I got conformation that Groupon receiver my order. Groupon Code 0010220R2F, Security Code A2958D4736. On 10 January 2013 I queried the delivery of the helicopter, and got a mail replying thanks for getting in touch SOS 648607. 15 January I get another mail apologizing for delivery because of festive season, trying to clear backlog. 25 January I get a mail from Angeline Johnson stating that the supplier is out of stock, I must send mail to [Email Removed] for refund. 3 April I get mail from Shana, apologizing for delay and wanting to know if I wanted a voucher for future purchase of refund into my credit card. Same day I get a mail from Claudia saying that refund is reversed and should reflect into my account in 3 to 5 days. 4 April another mail from Claudia saying the same thing. I queried again and this time gor a mail form Cheryl Nhlumo saying should my refund be processed, I will receive confirmation in mail, and if I responded to her mail then my refund will not be reviewed. 3 May mail from Zendesk mail refund made wait 3 to 5 days. No refund
