A friend of mine made a booking with the company via e-mail providing the reference and voucher number that she purchased from Groupon. She then realised that she could not go for the cruise as she had to work that weekend. She had given the voucher to my husband and I. We then made a booking using the same voucher number and reference. I received a confirmation from Chantal that the booking was made and that we could come for the cruise. At no stage did the manager inform us that a booking was already made by my friend and that we cannot go. We went on the expected day for the cruise only to find out that we could not go. The lady that we dealt with was very unhelpful. We received very poor customer service. I then stated that we have confirmation from them via e-mail but she was not interested. Be aware of this company, as all that is important to them is to make money even if it is in a dishonest way. They need to treat customers with respect as customers make up their business.
