Terrible service and lying to custome

I have experienced pathetic service from the people at mangwanani day spa.

On Monday 12/08/2013 I made a booking, paid the amount required.
The booking was for 13/08/2013.
Firstly the consultants go back and forth about prices. I paid an amount R700 more than the special they had running but did not mention this to me.
Secondly, they then call me on the day of the booking to say that they did not meet the required number of bookings therefore it would be re scheduled.

I was unwilling to re schedule as the booking was for a special occasion on the day.
They did not inform me when making the booking and accepting my money that it was a CONDITIONAL booking. THIS WAS VITALLY IMPORTANT, HAD I KNOWN THIS I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY TIME MAKING AND PAYING FOR A BOOKING THAT MIGHT NOT HAPPEN.

Furthermore they then refused to give me a refund. They have a section on their website and on the confirmation of booking that outlines all the penalties levied on the client should the cancel but somehow these same conditions dont apply to themselves.

I require a 100% refund as they are responsible for the cancellation.

Not to mention a terrible work ethic and call center attitude.
