I sopke to call centre agent Andile on 31 Jan 2013 wrt my Vitality cashback. He was exceptionally helpful over the fone. Provided a ref no 2713340707, and promised to call me back in 5 working days. So, after 5 working days no call, I contact the call centre only to find out that my enquiry was closed on the 2 Feb due to the fact Andile had sent it to the wrong dept. and he didnt even have the courtesy to inform me that it was closed.
DISCOVERY! wat incompetent people are in you employ. Are they there just to take the call and not follow thru for wat they are paid to do!!!
