6 Weeks wait time, still no credit/refund!

So in short, I bought a Steelseries Siberia V2 Frost Blue headset from [URL Removed] on 04 July 2013 (Parcel No 6246709) which then went faulty in November. Sent in an e-mail to [Email Removed] requesting assistance on 25/11/2013.

On 27/11/2013 (2 days turnaround time??) the support guys mailed me back saying they will need to test the unit. They collected the parcel from me on the 28th.

On the 3/12/2013 I received an e-mail from the support department stating that they have received the unit and that it's busy being tested.

On the 5/12/2013 I received this e-mail from support: "Hi xxxxxx
The item you returned from your order 6246709 has been processed.

An amount of R? 999.95 will be credited to your [URL Removed] profile unless you've asked for us to credit your bank account or credit card in which case your account will be credited within 7 days."

I then sent a follow up e-mail on the 7th of January 2014. I have not received ANY feedback at all. I then went and phoned them numerous times on the 13th, 14th and on the 17th where I was "promised" I would receive my refund in the form of a voucher. I have yet to receive my refund. More than 6 weeks later no refund.
