NO RESPONSE FROM PMB DEPARTMENT

A motivation was sent to the Medihelp PMB department for the continuation of my mom's physiotherapy treatment as a PMB on the 10 December 2013 at which point Medihelp had not reported any backlogs with their PMB department. I followed up with this query on numerous occasions subsequently - T9675789, T9710764, T9717858, T9732921 and T9736103 on various dates. Still no feedback 2 months later. To make matters worse, I request to be transferred to the PMB department and am on hold for in excess of 30 minutes each time with actually not even getting through to anyone. Every time I speak to a normal call centre agent, they tell me that PMB is backlogged, especially with the move to Striata. But according to the email I received, the administration was only moved from Medihelp to Striata, which are related entities and there was no real change in staff complement as the same people that were employed by Medihelp were now employed by Striata (basically it was just really a shift of the admin with no changes in their actual authorisation or accounts process). How is it that other bigger and even smaller medical aids are not backlogged?
