On the 28th Jan 2014 I wanted to change my benefit option for 2014. Little did I know that I missed the deadline, which was the 17th Dec 2013.
MediHelp only sent out one email over the festive period with the deadline date in it. Which I (one of many people) didn't even open until January 2014. I applied anyway for a better option only to be notified the following day that it was denied.
Now I ask you. Is it really fair that me and my familie's medical benifit for an entire year depends on ONE email, sent over the festive period?
Anyway. I decided to cancel my membership as from the 31st Jan 2014. The next day I applied agaian for membership on the option I wanted as of from the 1 Feb 2014.
They Cancelled my membership. Accepted my new membership. No penalties. No time waiting periods or anything.

I want to know WHY?

The reply I will most likely get on this site (if any?) will be the following>
