I have had only good service from Discovery MedXpress up to date
Since end of January, Ive been struggling to get my husbands script. First the delivery address was wrong, & delivery guy wanted to know the company name & address where delivery had to be made. I explained its private at residential address. Thabo (driver) was rude beyond words. He came at the most impossible times & when the security company went to collect delivery from him as he said he is at my house, they found no one at home. Eventually 1 item on the script of 3 items was delivered. Pharmacy Direct asked if I want to order the other 2 items, and I said yes. No delivery has been made. I called now to re-order again, and Discovery MedXpress tells me the script expired 02/02/2014 and I cannot order the remaining items. I placed this order BEFORE 02/02/2014. No amount of explaining that the other 2 items on the script was not delivered and that those items are needed has been fruitful. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, but the pharmacist assistant kept telling me the script has expired and the system will not let her re-order the other 2 items. Need this issue sorted ASAP as this is chronic medication
