Every single time I go to the Clicks in Canal Walk there are issues, I literally have NEVER been to the pharmacy without something going wrong with the scripts.
2 months ago I brought my updated script to the pharmacy for chonic medication for my child, the staff member did not so much as GREET me when I arrived. I handed my script, and they filled it. I tried to explain prior to them giving me the medication the dosage looked wrong as my child has ALWAYS been on 4mg instead of 5mg like the new script says - however my request was ignored. I then asked them to call the doctor to confirm as this is obviously NOT something you want to take chances with.
The doc confirmed it was in fact 4mg and they hand wrote it on the script, said it was updated and refilled. The following month went in to fill and they tried to give me the 5mg AGAIN. I explained the story and they had to search for the script as it was NEVER updated on the system. Waited 15-20 mins for this and said that it was now updated. I went to Cape Gate last night, script was filled as 5mg AGAIN, only found this out when i got home and was FORCED TO OBTAIN ANOTHER SCRIPT! WHY CANT PEOPLE DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!!!
