We've planned this trip for past 3 months. First time to Cape was full of excitement. I've made a booking in October 2013 for the Feb 2014. After the booking through [URL Removed] I personally ensure that it is in order by calling reservation. The lady also confirmed on her reciptient of the fax from [URL Removed] On 31 Jan I received call from gentleman named by Trevor from Lagoon beach to confrim if all in order. I've asked him whether early arrival which I've requested through [URL Removed] has been accomodated. He said yes, all in order. On 01 Feb we arrived eventually at Cape with my entire family including from overseas. Upon arrival receptionist named by Wesley could not pick up my booking on their system. I've managed to get a copy of confirmation from the email that I've received from the [URL Removed] but still couldn't retrieve the details. After the exhausting trip we sat for 30 mins. The duty manager named by Clinton approached to explain the situation. We waited another 30 mins without any response. I told Clinton I'm not satisfied with the situation. His response was do I still want to stay at the hotel??? He turned around and walked away. Is this right?
