After absolutely hours if not days worth of fighting to get the authorization done and in place for my wife's medical procedure to be done.
The real fun only started to then actually try and get the money out of the medical aid again. Submitting invoices and not getting any communication back so the matter got escalated to a more senior level and Nalini assured me that she would personally oversee that service will then improve. So we discussed the matter at length and after some nagging and insistence Nalini supplied me a e-mail to confirm what we had discussed telephonically as to what would be paid to who and when and from which benefit.
So payment day has come and with no further communication to us they have gone and made payments in a different manner and now require more documents before the balance can be paid to my wife as per previous communications.
This really is so frustrating dealing with such incompetent staff and people that can not just take the courtesy of letting you know what is going on.
