SUPPLIER CLAIMS NOT PAID

I am so ready to move medical aids! I took my Bi-polar & ADD son to the Phychiatrist on 28 Jan '13 with a pre-authorisation code of 84995619 and Momentum have still not paid them. Something to do with Codes or something like that. I don't work for a medical aid so surely these should be discussed and agreed upon between them and the Dr's rooms. Now I have the Doctors rooms phoning me every 2nd day to pay the outstanding amount which I cannot afford to pay - I ALREADY PAY OVER R2, 000 A MONTH FOR MEDICAL AID. If things change, sort it out between the Med Aid and the Provider, I pay my monthly fee! Now my son needs to go onto his ADD tablets and I can't even go back to the Psychiatrist because I can't pay them. So in the meantime, my poor son has to suffer without the correct medication. I am utterly disappointed and have been with Momentum for a long time only to have hassles like these. I had to fight as did the Dr's rooms for the last payment to be paid and now I'm stuck! Very unhappy! :-(
