I visited Emporers Palace on Friday morning the 31st of January. My card was stuck in the machine and I saw that your male staff member was standing a distance away looking at me - so I waved and called him over. He sauntered over and approached me - He did not look at me or greet me - when I said "Good morning" he said - " I dont speak Afrikaans so I wont greet you!!! " I mentioned to him that I firstly was not Afrikaans and secondly that his remark was disparaging and. He absoluteley didnt even bother to apologise and handed me my card and simply walked away.
It is very sad that an establishment of your calibre employs people who classify middle aged white women as Afrikaans and secondly have such a attitude. It is always the Whites that are perceived to be!
Even if I was Afrikaans, I am still a paying customer that keeps him in a job and I would still expect to be greeted and not insulted. I will give you Peermont the opportunity to respond and if you dont, I will take this matter further.
I was playing a machine directly under the Juggernaut sign so you should be able to pick up on the CCTV footage because there was a camera above us
