My cousin was working in wits Donald Gordon for this company. she passed away on 18/01/2014 and she was supposed to be paid her salary.we phoned to let them know that she has passed away and that they must not put money in her bank as we did not know her pin no. so they said we must give the documents which shows that she has passed away including the new banking details. we sent everything to them they said it will take 48hrs. But it did not take 48 hrs, after 48 hrs we phoned them again they said we did not give them all the documents, we sent the documents again but instead of depositing the money in the new banking details they deposited it into the deceased bank, they said they will revers but all in all we still did not get the money up to date have have not paid the money the always have new stories.when we call the Phumzile lady is not there even her assistance they are both not in, even the lady who is in their reception is even rude now when you call once you call and say you want to speak to Phumzile she will just say Phumzile is not inn and she will drop the phone before you can ask her more questions
