I dropped off my glasses on the 4/01/2014 to have my frame repaired/replaced, I was told the supplier is closed and a new frame will be ordered on 7/01/2014. I went back 2 weeks later to enquire on the status of my glasses, the lady at the desk told me they just got repairs back and since it was late she will check and let me know the next day. The next day came and went, no feedback. On Monday, 27/01/2014, I called the branch and asked about my glasses again, the lady on the phone asked for my number and said that she will check call me right back. Its now Wednesday, 29/01/2014, guess its safe to say I'm not getting that call back.
It is absolutely shocking that such a company does not have a more efficient way to keep track of customer repairs, and lets not mention the after sales service, something that is non existent in this Branch.
