My glasses are not straight

Hi guys my name is Lungelo Mthembu on the 6th of July this year i recieved a pair of spectacles that i had ordered through Spec savers in musgrave (Durban) on my way home i realised that the frame they gave me was not straight, it was a bit off, on monday the 8th of July i went to show them my glasses, one of the staff members tried to adjust it then it got worse, they told me to bring glasses when the Lab Technician comes in but i dont want to do that since this glasses are still new, nobody has made an initiative to get me a new frame, even at the begining of this weeek i spoke to the manager, she took my contact numbers, promised to call me soon me but she has not contacted me up until this day
