I HAVE PURCHASED MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES THROUGH SPEC-SAVERS IN AUGUST 2013. IN DECEMBER OVER THE HOLIDAY SEASON MY FRAME BROKE IN SUCH A WAY THAT I COULD NOT WEAR THEM ANYMORE. I WAS FORCED TO WEAR AN OLD PAIR OF GLASSES UNTIL I COULD GET BACK IN RICHARDS BAY ON 06 JANUARY 2014. IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WEEKS THAT I AM WAITING FOR MY NEW GLASSES AFTER GOING IN, I GET EMPTY PROMISES WEEKLY AND VAGUE PROMISES OF DELIVERY. I WANT MY GLASSES AS I HAVE DAILY HEADACHES AFFECTING MY WORK PERFORMANCE, DUE TO WEARING THE WRONG GLASSES. I AM VERY DISAPOINTED IN SPEC-SAVERS, ME AND MY FAMILY ALWAYS SUPPORTED THEM BUT IF THAT IS THE SERVICE I RECEIVE I WILL HAVE TO LOOK FOR A NEW SUPPLIER.
