Pathetic claims processing

Claim emailed to them on the 30th of Dec 2013.No payment so queried via email again on 17 Jan 2014. They reply on the 20th asking for more information which I supply via email on the same day. I query via email again on the 26th of Jan 2014. Today 28th I get an email saying I must resend all the pages again because some pages are missing! Useless inefficient waste of time processing centre! Get your act together you are expensive and should have competent staff who should be able to get a simple claim processed the first time around. Funniest thing is the exact same claim for the exact same monthly procedure was paid promptly the previous month with none of the additional information supplied. Inconsistent!
