I submitted a claim to Discovery on the 2nd of April. To date I have received no correspondence from them when the claim will be paid or any reason for the delay.
This is the 3rd time I have complained about delay in the processing a claim. It has been more 5 working days and I have received no communication from Discovery Health. Per the website it notes that claims should be processed in 3 working days, I have only had one instance where this happened in the 3 years that I have joined this scheme.
