Good day,
On Monday I went to Clicks Soneike for my Discovery Health assessment, but my medical aid couldn't go through for some strange reason because it was my first time using it in 2014 so I paid cash.
Now I have been trying to email my claim through but we no luck, everytime I email it I get an automated feedback that it was incomplete, but nowhere in the email does it state what is missing. I sent this 4 times and the same error. I am not close to any drop box, please help. I need someone to call me or an en email address that belongs to a person so that I can know what I am doing wrong.
This is really frustrating.
