No feedback?

I emailed Discovery for a quote on a procedure that must be done. I send this email (second time) to Discovery. 15 Feb I had a response telling me that they need more information. I supplied them with more information and since then heard nothing back. I even resend the same email, still no feedback.

This is very unprofessional. All I want is feedback so that I can go ahead with the procedure.
