Please activate my Clicks benefit

I joined discovery in January 2014, but I am struggling to activate my Clicks and Pick n Pay benefits, everytime I call the call centre someone will tell me that they are activated and I will receive my cards;after 3 weeks still no cards activated and I haven't received them. Please help!!!
