Discovery Card

Both my Discovery Card and my Husbands Cards was on the 7th of December 2012
Since that day i have been struggling to issue ourselves new cards
How ever after numerous calls to the call centre I've reported the insidence to Discovery Card Line with absolutely no feedback
I've made calls, but no one ever contacted me back regarding this neither have we received our new cards
This will date almost 8 months we are very dissapointed in the service we are getting from them
When you go into my account you will see how many times i have tried and tried

You will also notice that i am pregnant at this moment, and will be delivering in 3 weeks time, and NEED my card and NOT unnecessary stress like this

I hope to hear from you soon and that we will have our Discovery Cards in our hands before or by Friday, courierd as promised twice already

Otherwise we will have to cancel, this is NO good SERVICE at all
