We have been waiting for our vitalty cards

For the past two years or more we have been trying to get our vitality cards posted to us. Each time we phone we get told the same story that the cards will be posted, but when we follow up as to what happened last time as we were told the same thing, no one can actually tell as to what happens to cards that keep getting posted and never rich us. I don't how how of healthy food do we buy but we don't get points for it because we cannot swipe our cards. What's going to happen to those points that keep loosing on a daily basis. This is very fustrating because no says there is a problem, but keep getting promises that the cards are coming. All we want is our cards, because we are paying for them and we have been for a long time.
