I joined Discovery Vitality in Jan 2013, since then I being paying my installments every month.
Up to date and after several phone calls and e-mails i still haven't received any cards from Discovery.
For such a big Company I think is it a disgrace that there is no follow up and customer service.
How many times do I have to follow up on my cards? If you owe them money then the invoice reach you without any delay, but if they need sent you something simple like a card they use the post office strike as an excuse!!!
