I paid for a doctor bill's at the doctor office since they only accept cash. I took the invoice and proof of payment and sent it to Discovery claims. It has taken weeks in short to get any feedback. A person even phoned me from their executive office in Cape Town after I had to go to the doctor to get a new invoice due to the ICD 10 codes. This person got back and explaine that would resolve it as they were waiting for the doctor to change the code for the claim. This person (I did not record his name) has not responded to my mails, and there has been no further feedback!!! I want my monies to be paid, how long can it take??? We pay top dollar for medical aid but there is no benefit.
