I submitted froms on the 02 January 2014, for medical claims to be paid, i than received a email with reference no, to say that it will be attended to within 5 working days, after 5 working days i had to call again, was than advised that the documetns i submitted was wrong, i than submitted the correct documents, i than received another email saying it will take anotehr 5working days to process, in the interim I called to find out if all was in order and also to let them know that my bankind details have changed was than told to send confirmation of new banking details, i called again to find out if received than i was told i need to submit a copy of my Id as well which i than did, i had to call them every time to follow up on payment... The problem here is that no one bothered to call me to say this or that is outstanding if i didnt call everytime to follow up i never wouldve known that there was so many documents still outstaing... than i called again today 24.1.2014, and was told by Reule Banda that i never submitted the Id copy, i am tired of being shuffed around from pillar to post, i need someone to please explain, and please i want my payment. memb no:24002289678
