Dear FNB

I requested a card limit on 01/102/013. The Lady i initially spoke to from sales i assume said to submit my payslip only. Which i did with no hesitation. She then said to expect feedback in about 3 to 5 working days. (Problem 1: give me one specific SLA not two SLAs, so which one apply here 3 or 5? might as well say 5 and not toy with me) I then called later to then be informed that the documents had been received and had been sent for assessment. 02/10/2013 I then received an sms saying ..unable to approve your application. Problem 2: Can you tell me why? How about a personal email to my email address you have on your records? Well i had to call and only to be told that they where unable to process because they are outstanding documents?!!! Why did you not say that in the SMS?!!! So missing: Passport copy which i submitted in April 2013, i don't what else they want it for again, it has not changed. Foreign declaration, i already declared in April 2013 too. How many time do i have to declare myself, oh payslip, which i submitted yesterday. Where all these documents that i am submitting going?? Why are we having this round robin for the innovative bank?
