Unprofessional Service and no Feedback!!!

I opened a credit card account on Saturday 02/03/2013 at the FNB branch in Zevenwacht Mall. I submitted al my required documents and was told that it would take 5 working days before colleting my card. Two days later I received a message from the credit department saying that I need to fax through my documents. I called and queried why as I already submitted all my documents, they told me they have not received anything. I called the FNB branch and spoke to the consultant who helped me - she said she received the message and resent my documents. I asked her to confirm with the credit department if they received it and contact me to confirm everything was received. It has been 2 days and she has not contacted me at all so I decided to follow up myself to find out if all my documents were received. ONCE AGAIN all the documents was not received so I had to resent my ID, and now I have to wait ANOTHER 5 working days!!! People speak so highly of FNB and that is the reason I chose that bank, I wonder if I made the right decision!!
