Poor customer service

I contacted discovery on the 06/01/2014 to update my claim re imbursement banking details in order to submit a claim. I was advised that I need to send through sum documents to verify that the account belongs to me. I sent it through on the 08/01/2014, contacted the call centre again and I was told that it would take 5 working days. I then followed up on the 9th, 10th and 13th and I was told that my details had not been updated and to follow up on why it could not be updated online. I then logged a complaint and requested that a manager call me which NVER HAPPEND. I then went online onto my discovery profile AND I FINALY WAS ABLE TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS WHICH WAS DONE IMEDIATLY AND I SUBMITTED THE CLAIM. I THEN CALLED IN TO REQUEST THAT MY CLAIM PROCESS GET SPEAD UP BADE ON THE POOR SERVICE RECIVED AND I REQUEST TO BE CALLED BY A MANAGER FOR THE SECOND TIME. I RECIVED A CALLED ON TH 14/01/2014 FROM RESHMAN HENDRICKS''THE MANAGER"WHO PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL ESCALATE THE CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED SHORTLY AND THAT I WILL RECIVED NOTIFICATION ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED .IT HAS BEEEN 24HRS AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECIVED ANY NOTIFICATION. I FOLLOWED UP ON THE15TH AND STILL NO RESPONSE???
